The Collegiate Breakaway is a project founded by a former NCAA Triathlete with the intention of developing NCAA Women's Triathlon through coverage and community building. Coverage will begin leading up to the 2025 season with social media and web updates; future plans will depend on the involvement and support of the greater triathlon community. Community building will entail alumni engagement, creating more opportunities for current NCAA Triathletes, and connecting with youth and junior athletes to help collegiate triathlon gain greater exposure.
